I LOSE

It's all been written
So now what do I do -
Whenever I'm lost
And feeling blue...

It's all been explained,
The hell and the pain.
I've put into ink
All that I think;

I felt such relief -
Although sometimes brief -
Just putting into words

It's worse than before;
