I have several friends in Civil War/War Between the States re-
enactment groups, and they all use black powder loading weapons. In
Daybreakers, everyone uses cartridges. When did cartridges become
common? Is this an anachronism LL used for conveinience rather than go
through the process of describing the loading of black powder weapons?
I'd be interested in your input, as this is not one of the areas with which
I am too familiar.
