Thanks to you all for your votes of confidence and patience ... the LL bio will attempt to be the final word on Dad's life, the whole story, the whole truth, pulling no punches. At the moment the plan is to tell his story from his birth to mine (1908-1961) although there seems to be increasing reasons to include material in the 1961 - 1988 time zone. I consider this period to demand a different style of story telling -- not a straight chronological approach (he sold more books and had kids and made some money...finally) but one that deals with the impact of his early life on his later life.

We'll see.

Anybody wants to write in and say what they'd like to see covered should do so ... I'll take it into consideration.
