You have to remember that when LL left home it was I think about 1923. People were more open to helping strangers out. It was not as dangerous to help a total stranger as it could be today. People tend to help ones that were in need of a helping hand or even food. I can't even begin to think of doing the things he did. Taking off from his family. Family is a very important thing to have. Unfortunately not every body is lucky enough to have a family. They are the ones I really feel sorry for. But like you I hope Beau covers all the questions we have about his Dad.
