On the contrary, I WAS raised on "Romper Room." It's just that, in my old age, I forgot how it was spelled. Ha Ha! I graduated high school in 1972, and if I remember correctly, the term "doobie" was what everybody was smoking back then. It was otherwise known as "Mary Jane." Thanks for bringing the mis-spelling to my attention. C.
