I liked Crispin. It was none of his business but he just went ahead and helped. He went ahead and did what was necessary with out complaining when there was no one else. traits that are admirable. I just watched John Wayne in the Train Robbers last night. He had a speech to another character explaining why that character had not left in the night before the fight. All about staying when you should run, saying things he shouldn't etc ending with that because you are a MAN!!! Straight out of LL books.
