Which falls in with something in the first video. The very early settlers commented in diaries, etc that there was spread out trees where the deer and other animals were plentiful. It turned out that the Indian Americans had been burning off sections of forest for many years to shape nature and make good feeding places for the deer and thus make hunting grounds. Pretty smart and those Indians never went to school! :)
