Good stories, cleanly written, with a winner theme (and not a bunch of whiney victims) will not fall out of favor. Morally sound values, good manners, modesty, charity and concrete beliefs like the Ten Commandments will last and last and last. LL did a lot for us all, and was a positive influence on society. Can you imagine a European reading these stories and then reading our news headlines?
